April 3, 2025: In Foster home. March 31, 2025: Transported to PA. March 30, 2025: Eli picked Phyllis up hoping to transport her on 3/31. 3/10/2025 - Pup is part of a litter rescued from Patillas and is ready to fly. Both parents are Lab mixes and about 35-40 lbs.
